We live in a woodsy area, and have to deal with trapping rats all the time. Ugh. From start to to finish, they provided excellent customer service and did a great job. We received an estimate on Friday, and had the work done on the following Tuesday. They are fairly priced, very responsive and in general, just a pleasure to do business with."

20 Jul 2022"These guys are amazing. We just bought a house that had been unoccupied for many years and they thoroughly cleaned the attic, inspected the crawlspace, and sealed all the openings. At the original visit the estimator wasn't able to locate the entrance to the crawlspace, so the estimate did not include it. However the crew found the hidden access door under a bench - a tiny tiny hole - and jumped right in and did the work without adding any additional charges. They found a bunch of dead rats and a couple live ones, pointed out evidence of where they had been throughout the house, removed our insulation and attic floor and a ton of poop, then sanitized and sealed the house. They're experienced, on-time and professional, courteous, and extremely hard working. After seeing what they did, the price was a bargain. We'll have them back when we reinstall new insulation. Highly recommend."

9 Jul 2022"The team at Stone Insulation was great. They were responsive and very friendly. Gabe was responsive and quickly swung by our home to inspect our attic. He was courteous and the team provided a fair & competitive price after vetting 4-5 different companies. Not only that, they were willing to work around my schedule (I'm in the midst of installing HVAC) and split the work into two days so that our HVAC team could work with a clean attic. They were polite, made sure to clean up after themselves, and treated our home with care and respect. I was shocked to find the attic so clean after their work - it even had a fresh smell to it! The HVAC guys who came after were also impressed with the work and commented on the superb job Stone Insulation did. Would recommend them for your insulation and attic cleaning needs."

28 Jun 2022"We had the attic totally cleaned out. 36 year old R30 fiber glass insulation removed, attic vacuumed, sanitized. Plenty of rat remains, faeces and urine traces. New R38 fiber glass insulation installed. Then openings sealed. Under the eaves too. The crawl space was also inspected, and the openings that needed additional chicken wire were fixed. Totally pleased with the result. Stone the owner was professional, Gabe the technician who wrote the proposal was clear and personable, and Juan and his crew were polite, tidy, informative and thorough. Highly recommend."

1 May 2022"Stone and his crew deserve a lot more than 5 stars! I wish every company that served our home worked like this. First, they show up when they say they do. Then, Gabe went through the entire process with me. He made sure to focus on his crew first, seeing that the heat of the day was coming. So, he got them up into the attic immediately then back down and into the crawl space - where he said it was cooler. I knew that we were going to have a good experience after that conversation. Next, and incredible, because I know they do this all of the time, he took me through each step of the process as it was happening. Yeah, that's important when a team of people are in your home for two days - and only two days for a full house, wow. They also worked on our house and left it like they were not even here, but what a great difference they made. Gabe showed me the updated crawl space - night and day good. I highly HIGHLY recommend Gabe and his crew to anyone who needs their services. We're calling them back soon to do our insulation too! Thanks, guys!"
